I was recently asked to bake a few treats for a pink, black and white color themed baby shower. These colors were really fun to work with and inspired the hot pink zebra striped cupcakes. Feel free to browse through these new sweets as well as some revisited treatbelly favorites.

Pink rainbow cookies with bittersweet chocolate coating. Instead of submerging each bar in chocolate, I used a small pastry brush to lightly coat the exterior. The finished product was more refined.

The shower invitation was adorned with a zebra patterned border that reminded me of a marble bundt cake. I wanted to incorporate this design into a treat, and thought that the cupcake batter would be the perfect medium.
